At the age of 21 when celebrating a 21st birthday it is understood that this young man or woman is now able to draw on the experiences of those who have gone before and to learn some of those lessons from the words others have passed along.

Been planning for my 21st birthday celebration.Mummy say's wanna celebrate on May for chinese birthday.That what mummy say , my actual birthday is on 30st of June . I need idea idea idea !
